Just Add:
· 1 cup mayonnaise
· 2 Tbs apple cider vinegar
· 14 oz bag coleslaw mix, or to taste
· 1/2 cup roasted pumpkin seeds
For fun variations, try adding diced apples, roasted squash, dried cranberries, or crumbled bacon.
Instructions:
Boil pasta in 4–6 quarts of water for 8–10 minutes, stirring occasionally (expect foam).
Strain the pasta, rinse it with cold water, and set it aside.
In a large bowl, stir together the seasoning, mayonnaise, and vinegar. Stir in the pasta and coleslaw mix. Sprinkle pumpkin seeds on top. Chill before serving.
