COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

OPTION 1 - Cheeseburger Soup
Just add:

  • 2 ½ cups milk
  • 2 ½ cups water
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup chopped carrots

Instructions:

  1. Brown hamburger in a medium stock pot and drain excess grease.
  2. Add milk and water to the pot and whisk in the cheese mix until completely dissolved.
  3. Add pasta and carrots. Cook on medium heat for 20 minutes or until pasta and carrots are tender, stirring every couple minutes. If soup starts to boil, lower the heat to a simmer.

OPTION 2 - Broccoli Cheese Soup
Just add:

  • 2 ½ cups milk
  • 2 ½ cups water
  • 3 cups chopped broccoli (raw or frozen)

Instructions:

  1. Add milk and water to the pot and whisk in the cheese mix until completely dissolved.
  2. Add pasta and cook on medium heat for 10 minutes, stirring regularly. Add broccoli and cook 10 more minutes, or until broccoli and pasta are tender. If soup starts to boil, lower the heat to a simmer.
